The People
Meet the teambehind TGA.
Our coaches, directors, and community builders are practitioners first. Every member of the TGA team trains the same programs they teach.
Emeka Osei
Founder & Head Coach
Certified strength coach with 12 years of experience across Lagos, Accra, and Nairobi. Emeka built TGA from a single outdoor session to a full community movement.
Amara Diallo
Wellness Director
Sports physiotherapist and mindset coach. Amara leads TGA's recovery programs and mental performance curriculum.
Kofi Asante
Youth Program Lead
Former national sprinter turned youth coach. Kofi designs the next-generation athletics program with a focus on character as much as performance.
Zara Musa
Women's Program Coach
Strength and conditioning specialist. Zara created the Women in Motion program after recognizing the gap in inclusive fitness spaces across the continent.
Tunde Adebayo
Community Manager
Operations lead and community heartbeat of TGA. Tunde ensures every member—from first-timer to veteran—feels they belong here.
Nadia Ouedraogo
Nutrition Advisor
Registered dietitian specializing in sport nutrition for African diets. Nadia bridges the gap between performance science and cultural food identity.
Our Culture
Coaches who live
what they teach.
Every TGA coach is a practitioner before they are an instructor. We hire people who have walked the path—people who know what it feels like to start from zero, to fail, to rebuild.
We invest heavily in coach development, continuous education, and community-building training. Because a coach at TGA is not just a trainer. They are a community anchor.
