About TGA

Built by Africans.Built for Africa.

Eight years ago, a small group of people decided that fitness in Africa deserved its own identity—one rooted in community, culture, and purpose.

Our Mission

Democratise fitness
across the continent.

TGA exists to make world-class fitness accessible to every African — not just those who can afford luxury gym memberships or live near premium facilities.

We believe physical strength and community infrastructure are not separate goals. We build both simultaneously. When people train together with purpose, cities become stronger.

Our programming is designed around African bodies, African schedules, African diets, and African ambitions. We don't adapt foreign models. We build from the ground up.

What We Stand For

Our Values

01

Radical Inclusion

Fitness is for everyone. Age, level, background — none of it is a barrier here.

02

African Excellence

We don't import culture. We build programming that reflects, celebrates, and elevates African identity.

03

Collective Strength

Your win is our win. Competition with yourself, not each other.

04

Accountability

We show up. For ourselves, for our coaches, for our community.
